Balaji Safe Locker Terms and Conditions

By renting a Balaji Safe Locker, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage : The locker is to be used solely for the storage of valuables. Illegal, hazardous, or perishable items are strictly prohibited.

2. Access : Locker access is granted only to the registered owner(s). Sharing access or keys with unauthorized persons is not permitted.

3. Rental Period : Lockers are rented on an annual basis, with fees due in advance. Non-payment will result in suspension of access.

4.  Liability : Balaji Safe Locker is not liable for any loss or damage to contents due to natural disasters, theft, or any unforeseen circumstances. It is recommended to insure your valuables.

5.  Termination : The rental agreement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice. Upon termination, all contents must be removed, and the locker must be vacated.

6. Key Management : Two keys are provided upon rental. A fee is charged for lost or additional keys. Unauthorized duplication of keys is prohibited.

7.  Maintenance : Customers must keep the locker in good condition. Any damages caused by misuse will be charged to the customer.

8.  Privacy : Customer information and locker contents are kept confidential. However, the company may cooperate with law enforcement if required by law.

9. Amendments : Balaji Safe Locker reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to customers.
