1. Cancellation : You may cancel your locker rental within 7 days of the initial payment for a full refund. To cancel, contact our customer service team with your account details.
2. Refund Eligibility : Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the initial 7-day period. No refunds will be issued after this period.
3. Processing Time : Refund requests are processed within 10-14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Fees : Administrative fees and charges for lost or additional keys are non-refundable.
5. Termination by Company : If your rental is terminated by Balaji Safe Locker due to a breach of terms and conditions, no refund will be issued.
